The name, Late To Grid? In the past the host, Bill Snow, was always late to the track, late to get the car ready, and hence - Late To Grid. His goal with the podcast is to grow the sport and highlight the tools and resources that will help you get to the track and faster behind the wheel.

January Challenge To Make You A Better Driver (and person)

The new year is here and it's the perfect time to hit the reset button on whatever has taken your focus away from being your best.
In this episode I offer up a challenge to start the year off by taking steps to be a better you.
- Participate in Dry January. No alcohol for the entire month.
- Write down and detail out your 2024 goals (racing, business, life). (listen to my goal setting episode if you need help)
- Exercise at least four days a week. (Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program)
- Follow a nutrition plan that supports your fitness goals.
- Read/Watch/Listen To Motorsports Content for a minimum of 1 hour a week.
